Saved company $19 million through streamlining operations; realized $100 million in cash savings for other organizations through rigorous auditing; also discovered $50 million in unused depreciation. A strong leader and negotiator with both start-up and Fortune 500 experience.

Mike has leveraged his corporate experience and now focuses solely on helping small businesses and individuals. Mike has over 20 years of experience handling tax planning and preparation for individuals and small businesses. Mike has led the incorporation of over 50 small businesses, laying the financial groundwork to minimize taxes and increase bottom lines. Mike also has saved over $100 million in IRS tax assessments for his clients.
